Returns & Refunds
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase.
365-Day Return Policy
You have 365 days from the date of delivery to return most items for a full refund or exchange. Items must be:
- In new, unused condition
- In original packaging with all tags attached
- Accompanied by proof of purchase (order number or receipt)
How to Return
- Log into your account and go to My Orders
- Select the order you wish to return
- Click "Request Return" and follow the instructions
- Ship the item back to us (return shipping label provided)
- Refund will be processed within 7-10 business days after we receive your return
Refund Method
Refunds will be issued to your original payment method:
- PayPal: 3-5 business days
- Cash on Delivery: Bank transfer or store credit (your choice)
Exchanges
If you need a different size or color, we'll exchange it for free. Just follow the return process and specify "Exchange" in your request.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned for hygiene and safety reasons:
- Undergarments and swimwear (unless defective)
- Personalized or custom-made items
- Final sale items (marked as "Final Sale" at checkout)
Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a damaged or defective item, contact us immediately at support@fastcart.world with photos of the item and packaging. We'll arrange a free replacement or full refund.
Return Shipping
For most returns, we provide a prepaid return label. If you're returning an item because it's defective or we sent the wrong item, return shipping is free. Otherwise, a small return shipping fee may apply.
